Financing was provided by Enterprise Bank and the New Hampshire Business Finance Authority.

According to Prolman, “This 5,640 s/f free-standing building is situated on 0.86+/- acres and shall be utilized as a compounding pharmacy which will also offer some retail.”

According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $1.01 million.
