Hudson, NH According to Prolman Realty, Inc. and The MEG Companies, Anytime Fitness has leased 5,400 s/f at the Hudson Mall, 77 Derry Rd.
Anytime Fitness, 77 Derry Road - Hudson, NHAnytime Fitness is a 24-hour health and fitness club with over 3,000 franchised locations in 20 countries.
Andy Levy of the MEG Companies represented the lessor, Hudson Vickerry Leasing, LLC and Lisa Ferrari and Mark Prolman represented the lessee, Hudson Health, Inc.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn.
