Prolman Realty, Inc. of Nashua facilitated the lease of approximately 1,900 s/f of office/retail space at 4 Derry St. between Title Cash of New Hampshire and the owner.
According to Lisa Morrison of Prolman Realty, "Title Cash has expanded into New Hampshire due to recent law changes in their line of business and wanted a Hudson location with high traffic volumes and a convenient location for surrounding towns."
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
