Prolman Realty leases 19,700 s/f
to Rotor Tech at Nashua Airport

Nashua, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. has leased 19,700 s/f at 85 Perimeter Rd. (Nashua Airport) to Rotor Technologies, Inc. according to Mark Prolman who represented the lessor, 85 Perimeter, LLC and assisted the lessee, Rotor Technologies.

The 19,700 s/f consists of 11,700 s/f of hangar space and 8,000 s/f of office space. The space represents a major expansion for Rotor Technologies at the Nashua Airport and will utilize the facility as the flagship manufacturing facility for the world’s largest civilian drones, the Sprayhawk and Airtruck, and building components for these revolutionary aircraft.
