Prolman Realty, Inc. completed the sale of Carriage Depot, located at 135 Rte. 101-A, to Kakele, LLC. According to Karen Goddard of Kakele, "This area has so many more big-box retailers than it did 20 years ago. I am enjoying that we can breathe new life into one of the few small-box shopping centers left on Amherst St."
Goddard will change the name of the shopping center to mc square. Lisa Morrison and Mark Prolman represented the seller, Cherb, LLC, and Brad Vear, of Vear Commercial Properties, represented the buyer.
The property consists of 2.99 acres of retail land with 20,000 s/f of retail space throughout four separate buildings.
According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.385 million.
