Punch Kettlebell Gym leases 2,800 s/f at Rumford Center

PK Rumford has signed Punch Kettlebell Gym at the Rumford Center located at 20 Newman Ave. They will be moving into Building Number 2 on the complex. Build out of the new 2,800 s/f is underway and scheduled to be completed this month. Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services handled the transaction. Rumford Center is a mixed-use development featuring 50,000 s/f of office space, 6,500 s/f of retail space, and 88 loft-style apartments. PK Rumford, developers of the Rumford Center project, is a partnership of the Peregrine Group and Kirkbrae Development Corp. Punch Kettlebell Gym was founded by Anthony DiLuglio, voted one of America's Top 100 Trainers by Men's Journal magazine. DiLuglio's workouts are being used by many NFL and NHL teams.
