The keynote speaker was Robert Nahigian, FRICS, SIOR, CRE, founder of Auburndale Realty Co., Newton, Mass., who presented "Addressing the Challenging Marketplace: Where have we been? Where are we going?" A special program for commercial practitioners and real estate appraisers
Nahigian is the current CRE New England/Upstate NY chapter president and past president for SIOR. He is the 2009 CRE recipient of the James Felt Creative Counseling Award for the most outstanding achievement and ingenuity in a real estate counseling assignment in the U.S., awarded by Boston's Commercial Brokers Association as the "Real Estate Advisory Assignment of the Year."
