R.J. Finlay & Co. holds ribbon cutting for One Liberty Lane - 110,000 s/f

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the newly renovated One Liberty Lane. Milford real estate investment firm R.J. Finlay & Co. acquired the 110,000 s/f executive offices and event space. In the time since the acquisition, Finlay & Co. has transformed the facility into one of the region's premier office, conference and event centers, with 80,000 s/f of commercial space, 50 executive office suites, eight commercial areas, and 18,000 s/f of conference and event space. Royal Barry Wills Associates designed One Liberty Lane. Built in 1975 within a landscaped 26-acre private campus, it was first the corporate headquarters for Wheelabrator Technologies, before serving as the home of Fisher Scientific.
