Raymour & Flanigan opens 4th Mass. store
Raymour & Flanigan opened its newest store recently at 1360 South Washington St. which is the 94th location for the furniture store.
The property located just off Rte. 1 was formerly a Circuit City store. It is located in the same plaza as Lowe's Home Improvement and Dick's Sporting Goods.
The new location features a33,000 s/f showroom and employs 23 full time and part time workers. This is the fourth location in Massachusetts for the company.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
