Raymour & Flanigan opens 4th Mass. store

Raymour & Flanigan opened its newest store recently at 1360 South Washington St. which is the 94th location for the furniture store. The property located just off Rte. 1 was formerly a Circuit City store. It is located in the same plaza as Lowe's Home Improvement and Dick's Sporting Goods. The new location features a33,000 s/f showroom and employs 23 full time and part time workers. This is the fourth location in Massachusetts for the company.

Arlington, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Jason Arms, a 12 unit multi-family property. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer in the transaction. The asset sold for $3.3 million.
