Redstone sells 18-acre parcel at Acorn Lane and Rathe Road in Colchester

According to Linda Letourneau of Redstone, the firm has sold an18-acre parcel of commercial land located at Acorn Ln. and Rathe Rd. in Sunderland Industrial Park, to GMS Realty LLP. Doug Nedde of Redstone represented the seller, Catamount Colchester LLC. Gregg Laber, owner of Green Mountain Electric Supply and GMS Realty LLP, has permits to construct a 30,150 s/f multi-tenant commercial building at this site. A spring ground breaking is expected. 10,800 s/f of the building will be available for lease.
