According to Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc., the firm has handled the sale of 560 South Willow St., 2 Seames Dr. and 16 Seames Dr. from Fairdeal Enterprises, Inc., Joanna Tubelleja and Mohammed Mobean to AAA of Northern New England. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $800,000. AAA Northern New England business is expanding and needed to relocate to a higher profile location. Ken Fletcher of the ERA Massello Group represented the seller Fairdeal Enterprises, Inc. and Reed represented AAA.
