Reed of Stebbins Comm'l. Props. leases 2,600 s/f to Free Range Fish
Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc., recently leased 2,600 s/f of retail space at 885 Second St. to Freedom Fish LLC.
Headquartered in Portland, Me., Free Range Fish specializes in the procurement, processing and delivery of the freshest seafood found anywhere in the world. Gulf of Maine and Georges Bank haddock, cod, pollock, monk and other species are purchased daily directly from the commercial fishing vessels in New Bedford, Boston, Gloucester and Portland. The fish is cut and skinned by hand at its facility in Maine and the fillets are delivered to its retail and wholesale customers within hours of purchase.
Free Range Fish intends to open a retail fish market in Manchester sometime this month. Fresh fish and live lobsters will be trucked twice a day from its processing facility on the Portland waterfront to the new retail store located at 885 Second St.
