Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC brokers two sales totaling $1.58 million

Hooksett, NH Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC, has completed two sales totaling $1.58 million.

Reed completed the sale of the 1,863 s/f seasonal food and ice cream stand at 1391 Hooksett Rd. from Gary and Rosanne Cote to Nadia and Todd Smith both locally based. Reed represented the seller, Gary and Rosanne Cote and assisted the buyer in this transaction. According to the Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $795,000.

Additionally, Reed completed the sale of the 23,000 s/f retail building at 3 Rockingham Rd. in Londonderry, N.H. from 3 Rock LLC of Londonderry, N.H. to Richard Leiter of Derry, N.H. Reed represented the seller while Ralph Valentine of the Valentine Group in Londonderry, N.H. represented the buyer. According to the Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $785,000.
