Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc., has sold the Chandler Building, 1181 Elm St., home of Wings Your Way, Clearly Creative Marketing and G. D. S. Engineering Services.
The seller was SPS Realty Holdings, LLC of 816 Elm St. The buyer, represented by Denise Bernard of Prudential Verani Realty, was Astoria Boulevard Realty Corp.
The sale price according to the Hillsboro County Registry of Deeds was $1.3 million.
