Manchester, NH Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC negotiated the sale of the 30,000 s/f commercial building at 215 Canal St. from 215 Canal Street, LLC to Travis and Kyle York.

Reed represented the seller, and Don Eaton of Colliers International represented the buyer.

According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $2.3 million.
