Reed of Stebbins leases 9,540 s/f to Melanson Heath & Company
Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed a full building lease at 121 Riverfront Dr. to Melanson Heath & Company. The office building is 9,540 s/f and is the company's new headquarters office.
Reed represented the landlord, Amoskeag School LLC of Manchester, N.H. and Denis Dancoes, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
