Manchester, NH Mike Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties LLC negotiated the sale of the two industrial development sites on Sheffield Rd. from Frank Miller to Steve Granese.

Reed represented the seller. Gerry O’Connell of KW Commercial represented the buyer.

According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $245,000.
