Regency Centers' Boston office moves to Twin City Plaza in Somerville

According to Regency Centers, the development, leasing and property management offices in Boston will move to one of the company's shopping centers in Somerville. According to Andy Couch, Regency Centers vice president of investments, the new office will be located at Twin City Plaza, I-4 and 22 McGrath Hwy. The office move is slated for mid May from the company's current location at 211 Congress St..
According to Couch, the new 2,200 s/f office will serve Regency's interests in Boston and New England. "We are pleased to be moving into one of our own centers in the highly desirable Cambridge and Somerville area," said Couch. "Our office will feature office space and amenities including a recreational room for staff and visitors. Plus, we'll enjoy the benefits of being located next to our merchants for the convenience of shopping and the fitness center," he said.
Twin City Plaza is a 285,767 s/f shopping center which is anchored by a 62,500 s/f Shaw's supermarket, a 40,200 s/f Marshalls along with a Dollar Tree and Gold's Gym, and a wide variety of retailers, restaurants and service businesses. Regency Centers acquired Twin City Plaza in 2006, in conjunction with its expansion into the New England region. Regency has continued to make improvements and upgrades to the property.
