Region Commercial facilitates $2.95 million sale of 35,829 s/f industrial property

Northampton, MA Region Commercial has completed the sale of 115 Industrial Dr., a 35,829 s/f industrial property. The property sold for $2.95 million by WAM, LLC to GBT Associates LLC.

The property previously housed Wright Architectural Millwork, who purchased the property in 2001, and purchased a larger industrial property in Chicopee, to accommodate their growth plans. For many years the company continued to add on to 115 Industrial Dr. to continue creating high-end commercial millwork pieces for the region and beyond. The building with its class A executive office space, dock doors and truck access made for an ideal manufacturing facility and will continue to do so for the next owner.

“We’re very happy to have orchestrated a successful sale for the owners of the property, and help facilitate Wright’s transition to their new facility in Chicopee,” said Mitch Bolotin of Region Commercial. Region facilitated this transaction on behalf of the sellers. “We’re excited to follow along as the company continues to grow and innovate in the industry and wish them tremendous success just a few miles to the south.”
