Related Beal leases 2,500 s/f to Dover Rug & Home at 390 Stuart Street
Related Beal, a fully integrated real estate firm focused on development and investment opportunities in Boston, has finalized a 2,500 s/f lease of class A retail space to Dover Rug & Home at The Clarendon in Back Bay.
Dover Rug & Home, a high-end retail home furnishings store, will be moving into the space on the ground floor of The Clarendon in mid-July.
"We are thrilled to welcome Dover Rug & Home to The Clarendon," said Stephen Faber, executive vice president at Related Beal.
Related Beal was represented by Sam Hawkey, partner at Boston Urban Partners LLC in the transaction.
