Woburn, MA According to Nordlund Associates, Inc., Pioneer Sales Co. has leased 9,785 s/f of industrial space at 5 Wheeling Ave. Jayson Rhuda of Nordlund Associates represented Pioneer Sales Co. in the transaction. Pioneer Sales Co., a long-standing provider in the restaurant equipment industry, secured the space to support its ongoing operations. The property at 5 Wheeling Ave. offers a functional blend of warehouse and flex capabilities, positioned within the highly sought-after industrial market.

“Jayson Rhuda of Nordlund Associates helped us to navigate a difficult market by casting a wide net and making things simple; making our final decision easy,” said Mike Rodgers, president, Pioneer Sales Co.

The Greater Woburn industrial corridor remains one of the most competitive submarkets north of Boston, driven by limited supply and strong demand from regional distributors, service companies, and manufacturers.

Pioneer’s lease highlights both the resilience of the market and the continued demand for high-quality, functional industrial space.
