Ria K. McNamara leases 6,200 s/f to Advanced Auto at Powder Mill Pl.

Atlantic Management will welcome Advanced Auto to Powder Mill Plaza next month. The 6,200 s/f store replaces a former Dress Barn whose lease expired at the end of 2009. Powder Mill Plaza is anchored by Stop & Shop which is undergoing an interior remodel at the center. Ria K. McNamara represented the owner and Martin Benoit represented the tenant, Advanced Auto. "A 2,000 s/f vacancy is the only space available after Advanced Auto opens at the center," said McNamara. Powder Mill Plaza is located along Rte. 62 and has a long time tenancy throughout the center.
