The Annual Meeting of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors was held at the Quidnessett Country Club, on October 1. Realtors, affiliates and guests joined together to thank Gregory Skoutas for his service as 2013 president of the board and welcome the 2014 leadership.
Jeffrey Butler was installed as the 2014 president along with Ann Foncellino, vice president; James Moore, treasurer; and Richard Carrubba, corporate secretary.
New directors installed were: Andrew Ferland of Peter M. Scotti & Associates; Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate and Appraisal; and Thomas D'Angelo of Progressive Realty Group.
Richard Berlinsky, of Equity Advisory Group in East Greenwich, was awarded the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors, Realtor of the Year Award. This award, given annually recognizes commitment to the real estate business, community and Realtor organization.
