Richards of Re/Max sells 2 props. totaling 9,917 s/f, for $1.85m

Larry Richards, CCIM, a commercial broker with Re/Max Properties represented the sellers and assisted the buyers in the sale of 2 commercial properties totaling $1.85 million. Both properties are located in retail centers. 15 Spitbrook Rd., totals 5,485 s/f and was sold to Two Guys Props. The buyers are expanding into their third N.H. retail location, selling cigars in a cigar lounge atmosphere. The retail condo property was sold for $975,000. The second property, located at 327 South Broadway in Salem, NH, sold for $875,000. 327 South Broadway is off of Rte. 93 not far from the Mass. border. The building totals 3,712 s/f on .97 acres and was sold to State St. Realty Fund I, LLC.
