Riess completes FW Webb whse/dist. center

Riess Construction has completed the new FW WEBB warehouse and distribution center. Working with the building supplier Dutton & Garfield, and the general contractor, JM Coull, Inc., Riess completed the erection of the 65,000 s/f Butler pre-engineered metal building and 22,000 s/f mezzanine on schedule. Project highlights included the installation of the "Guardian" Purlin Glide roof insulation system that also acts as fall protection and allows for increased "R" values. The Concord job is the third FW Webb job Riess Construction has erected for Dutton & Garfield & JM Coull. The other two 30,000 s/f facilities were in Madison and Gilford, N.H.
