Roche Realty Group hosts ribbon cutting ceremony for 16 townhomes

The developers of the new Lake Houses at Christmas Island community were on hand for a ribbon cutting ceremony launching a waterfront community along the shores of Paugus Bay. Located on Weirs Blvd., the community includes 1,000 ft. of shorefront on Lake Winnipesaukee with 3.2 acres enjoying westerly exposure. 16 new, direct-waterfront luxury, duplex townhomes are currently being constructed.
