Tilton, NH A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the brand new Highland Ridge residential community in the Lakes Region, in a 50-acre setting. It is on this captivating site where 24 Energy-Star certified homes will be constructed, providing a nice selection of single level contemporary ranches, capes, and colonials, each with an attached two car garage.
The developer of this new community, Kevin LaCasse, has a broad range of development experience, new construction, and property management throughout the Lakes Region.
