Peabody, MA Rockland Trust has expanded its local commercial lending team with the appointment of Ryan Weinberg, Esq., to senior vice president, commercial lending center manager. In this role, Weinberg will be leading a team of lenders specializing in commercial real estate (CRE) across Greater Boston and the North Shore. 

Prior to joining Rockland Trust, Weinberg spent 11 years as both a CRE lender and manager at the former People’s United Bank (now M&T Bank). Previously, he was a CRE portfolio manager at Citizen’s Bank and an asset manager at Tremont Realty Capital.

Weinberg earned his bachelor of science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bryant College. He also earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Massachusetts School of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude. In addition, Weinberg holds a real estate broker license and donates time to be a senior mentor for the Valedictorian Project.
