Rockland Trust names Johnson as senior vice president and commercial banking center manager

Braintree, MA Rockland Trust has named Eric Johnson as senior vice president and commercial banking center manager. Johnson will oversee the commercial real estate team and lead efforts to strengthen relationships with existing customers, cultivate new business opportunities, and support the commercial real estate financing needs of businesses and investors.

Johnson brings more than 20 years of commercial banking experience to Rockland Trust. Prior to joining the organization, he worked at Needham Bank for fifteen years, most recently serving as the senior vice president, commercial real estate lending team leader. He started his career with Bank of Canton as a credit analyst and worked his way up to the role of commercial loan officer.
