Bedford, NH Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, leased 11,000 s/f at 160 South River Rd. Bob Rohrer and Doug Martin of Colliers International’s Manchester office represented the lessor, CREG 160 South River Road LLC, a subsidiary of RJ Finlay & Co. Rohrer also assisted the lessee, Catholic Medical Center (CMC).

CMC, a health services provider in southern N.H. has entered into a long-term lease agreement at 160 South River Rd. Current plans call for the opening of a vein clinic and providing office space to several medical specialty groups. CMC’s uses will mesh well with Derry Medical Center’s (DMC) plans for primary care offices and related services.

DMC signed a long-term lease toward the end of 2016. “We are excited to be part of the transformation of 160 South River Rd. to one of Bedford’s premiere medical office centers. We believe our patients, as well as those of Derry Medical and Bedford Women’s Care, will be enhanced by having such a wide range of medical services located in one place,” said Alex Walker, EVP of operations at CMC.  Bedford Women’s Care is also a tenant at 160 South River Rd.

As part of the new lease agreements with CMC and DMC, RJ Finlay & Co. is planning significant improvements to the property, which will contribute to making 160 South River Rd. a premier medical office center.
