Rohrer named president of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors

Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has restructured its management team and named Robert Rohrer as president. Rohrer has been with Coldstream for 16 years, and through the restructuring, became the company's majority shareholder. David Choate, Jim DeStefano, Hugo Overdeput and Carol Justic will join Rohrer to form its executive management team.
Rohrer is a 20 year industry veteran and past president of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors. He graduated from Holy Cross College, and is a non-practicing attorney. "The new management and ownership team will continue to focus the company on delivering superior commercial real estate services to the New Hampshire and Northern New England business communities," said Rohrer. "Such superior service has helped fuel our success, and the recent restructuring will further enhance the Company's level of excellence and continued growth."
Justin and Ryan Bielagus will remain affiliated with Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream to provide brokerage services to their established clients, and will independently continue their real estate development and consulting activities through Andover Consulting Group, Inc., also of Bedford.
