Manchester, NH According to Colliers, Shaheen & Gordon has secured a long-term lease at 1155 Elm St.

Represented by Bob Rohrer, managing director at Colliers, Shaheen & Gordon found its office space downtown. Denis Dancoes of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Farley White.

Situated at the corner of Bridge and Elm Sts., 1155 Elm stands as a downtown office building, serving as a gateway to the central business district.

Working with our client, we secured a long-term lease, providing ample space for growth, while strengthening their presence in the downtown community” said Rohrer.

Shaheen & Gordon anticipates relocating to its new 11,000 s/f premises this month.
