ROK Builders, LLC, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, has been selected to remodel and update the 4,000 s/f lobby facilities at the Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch. The project began on March 25 and will be completed late this month. The organization is implementing Hilton Garden Inn's "Project Grow" design standards, an initiative to update all franchise properties and unify the Company's brand by the end of 2013. Upon completion, the renovations will encourage movement and foster socialization among guests by inviting them to relax, linger and enjoy the Garden Pavilion.
ROK Builders is making minimal structural changes to the hotel. The organization is incorporating new furniture, fixtures and equipment in order to meet the design standards set by Hilton Garden Inn. The lobby will feature new flooring, pendant light fixtures, stone counters, cabana draperies and artwork. Communal breakfast tables, bar tables and signature seating will be installed to provide guests with social and meeting spaces throughout the day. Live interior plants and a garden cart will showcase the hotel's food and beverage offerings.
In addition to the lobby renovations, ROK Builders is updating the Hilton Garden Inn's 7,000 s/f pre-function and conference center. ROK Builders will upgrade the facility with new flooring and wall coverings.
"The Hilton Garden Inn is a global brand which is recognized by consumers for being value-focused and dependable," said Fred Roedel III, president of ROK Builders and partner of Roedel Companies. "The renovations we are making to the Auburn Riverwatch will transform the property to a place where guests can interact, socialize and enjoy their stay."
