ROK Builders completes renovation projects totaling 77,100 s/f

ROK Builders, LLC, the wholly owned hotel construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, LLC, completed remodeling and renovation projects at the Sheraton Harborside Hotel and SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Andover, Mass. The company upgraded tired corridors and public areas to better serve hotel guests at both properties. Located in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, the 11,800 s/f Sheraton Harborside Hotel is a popular choice for visitors in the area due to its close proximity to Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth and the Maine border. ROK Builders incorporated Sheraton Hotels and Resorts' new brand standards throughout the property. ROK Builders also managed a complete makeover of the lobby and all public bathrooms that included updating fixtures, décor and furniture. The project cost was $386,248 and was designed by Group One of Boston. The 65,300 s/f SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Andover is located just 25 miles north of Boston and is a popular preference for guests visiting the area. ROK Builders upgraded the entire interior including the lobby, guestrooms, corridors and public spaces. The project cost ws $589,726 and was designed by BMA Architectural Group of Amherst, N.H.
