Royal Properties brokers two leases totaling 5,100 s/f at Center Seven

Royal Properties, Inc. signed two new leases for Center Seven at 607 Main Ave. Massage Envy, a pioneer and national leader of affordable massage and spa services, has leased 3,100 s/f at Center Seven. Nearly a decade ago, Massage Envy was launched to create a completely new category in the wellness industry. There are currently 800 Massage Envy and Massage Envy Spa locations operating in 45 states. Jake's Wayback Burger, founded as Jake's Hamburgers in 1991, is now expanding nationally and internationally and has leased 2,000 s/f within Center Seven. "Massage Envy and Jake's Wayback are welcomed additions to Center Seven. There is enormous visibility here with a traffic count of 36,963 cars per day," said Jeff Kintzer principal of Royal Properties, Inc. Center Seven, a 35,000 s/f shopping center, has a tenant roster which includes Starbucks, Citibank, Planet Pizza, European Wax, and Roosters Men's Grooming Center, amongst others. The property offers great visibility and is ideally located on Rte. 7 with close access to the Merritt Parkway. There is currently 2,500 s/f of space available.
