Saletin Real Estate Group acquires
300,000 s/f Walnut Hill Plaza

Woonsocket, RI Saletin Real Estate Group acquired Walnut Hill Plaza.

Located at the corner of Diamond Hill and Mendon Rds., Walnut Hill Plaza consists of 300,000 s/f on 23 acres.

Saletin Real Estate Group has a record of revitalizing retail centers, mixed-use properties, and office parks throughout Southern New England.

According to previously published reports, the property was purchased for $6.3 million from Walnut Hill Holdings LLC.
