Concentra Health Services, Inc., is expanding its offices at 40 Sharpe Dr. Jeffrey Saletin, president of the property management firm, Saletin Real Estate Group, said Concentra has signed a lease for an additional 2,944 s/f contiguous to their existing office, bringing the expanded office to 7,300 s/f. Currently, the 30,000 s/f building located in Howard Industrial Park is fully occupied.
"Concentra has been with us for 10 years now and we are pleased we had the space they needed to expand their business," said Saletin.
Concentra is a subsidiary of Humana, one of the nation's largest publicly traded health and supplemental benefits companies. Its Cranston business office serves more than 300 medical centers in 40 states.
Searcy Ferguson of CB Richard Ellis was the tenant broker in the transaction.
