OLD ORCHARD BEACH, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, Duffy’s Tavern and Grill, has purchased an 11,749 s/f restaurant (formerly known as The Captain’s Galley), a 1,904 s/f two-unit building, and a 2,552 s/f single family home on 5.217 acres from Michael and Gregory Mezoian, located at 168 Saco Ave., for $1.7 million.

This transaction was brokered by Mark Sandler of Cardente Real Estate.

Sandler also leased 1,100 s/f to Barney and Co California LLC from All In Enterprises LLC, at 28 Maple St. in Portland with Loren Ayer of Harborview Properties.
