Santoro of Kinlin Grover Commercial sells 4,000 s/f warehouse for $410,000
Kinlin Grover Commercial has sold the former Atlantic Plumbing building at 19 Lots Hollow Rd. The 4,000 s/f warehouse on over an acre of land sold for $410,000 in December. The seller is Mary Jacoby of Lots Hollow LLC in Orleans, and the buyer is Harry Saucier of Dancroft LLC in Hyannis.
Nat Santoro, CCIM of Kinlin Grover Commercial Group represented both the seller and the buyer. The new owner is expanding its business, Northeast Tool Supply, and expects to be able to serve its Lower Cape customers more quickly and efficiently with this acquisition.
Atlantic Plumbing, which was purchased by Steve Trainor and Khris Fleisher earlier this year, has moved to Brackett Rd.
