Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate handles 8,000 s/f lease to Terra Gaucha

Westport, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented Terra Gaucha in leasing their first Connecticut location. Terra Gaucha is a Florida based Brazilian barbecue restaurant where meat is prepared churrasco style. Terra Gaucha plans to open their doors in mid-May in the Stamford Town Center, in the former Cheesecake Factory space. The 8,000 s/f restaurant will include a full-service bar, four private dining spaces, a main dining area that will accommodate 200 patrons and a 40-seat patio.

Laure Aubuchon and Penny Wickey of SCRE represented Terra Gaucha and were the sole brokers in this transaction.
