Saulnier of MANSARD completes $2.887 million retail center sale

Salem, NH MANSARD’s own Taylor Saulnier has completed the sale of the retail center located at 369 South Broadway, directly on Rte. 28, for $2.887 million.

MANSARD represented the seller, George Mouro in the transaction of the retail center. The sale closed officially on September, 16th.

369 South Broadway is an 18,000 s/f, multi-tenant retail center. In the last few years, the owner replaced the roof, installed sprinklers throughout the building, refinished the parking lot, new HVAC, new pylon signage and will soon be facelifting the facade as an added bonus.

The retail center provides the security of new and long-term tenants, with the oldest tenant dating back to 1990 and the newest tenant recently executing a 10-year lease.
