Manchester, NH Colliers completed the lease-up of a newly constructed 17,520 s/f multi-tenant contractor bay building at 983 South Mammoth Rd.

The building, completed in 2024, is now fully leased by four tenants: Novia Corp., Bearing Distributors, Home Focus Contracting, LLC, and DDA Companies, the owner of the property.
