Scanlon of Colliers facilitates 6,000 s/f sale of office/flex building

26 Kendall Pond Road - Derry, NH

Derry, NH Colliers negotiated the sale of 26 Kendall Pond Rd. Hager-Richter Geoscience, Inc. (HRGS) purchased the 6,000 s/f office/flex building for $820,000, according to the records of the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds.

The transaction was facilitated by Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM, of Colliers’ Manchester office, who represented HRGS in the purchase, and Cassandra Farley of SVN The Masiello Group, who represented the seller, Galco Properties, LLC.

HRGS is relocating its corporate headquarters from Atkinson. This move supports its ongoing growth and expansion, providing a more versatile and accommodating space for its team of geologists and geophysicists.

“HRGS began our search for our corporate headquarters in New Hampshire with Dan Scanlon of Colliers nearly three years ago. Because of our unique need for flex space as geologists and geophysicists, and limited inventory in southern NH, the search was quite a process. Dan was incredibly patient as we sorted through available properties as each became available. When we couldn’t find the right space, he helped us find interim space as we moved from our small original place of business in Salem. Dan eventually found and helped us close on a property that really suits our needs and growth with what is hopefully our new home for the foreseeable future in Derry. I would highly recommend working with Dan and Colliers for commercial real estate!” said Jeffrey Reid, P.G.
owner/principal geophysicist

The new facility will accommodate HRGS’s current team of ten employees, with plans to add two to five additional staff members in the near future. As one of the largest full-service geophysical specialty firms in the eastern United States, HRGS has built a national reputation for providing high-quality surface and borehole geophysics services for engineering and environmental applications.
