According to Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England, a leading provider of integrated real estate services, Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM finalized leases on behalf of four tenants in the southern New Hampshire market.
Emerson Ecologics has leased the entire 3rd floor, consisting of over 20,000 s/f, at the Brady Sullivan Building at 1230 Elm St. in Manchester. Emerson provides healthcare professionals with nutritional supplements, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, herbs, standardized herbal extracts, green foods, and essential fatty acids, from the world's leading brands of professional supplements.
Fresenius Medical Care will be opening a new 7,500 s/f facility in the Milford/Amherst market at Lorden Plaza in Milford. Fresenius is one of the largest providers of dialysis products and services in the U.S. Jeff Bruk of Boylston Realty Advisors represented the landlord, Kimco Realty Corp., in the transaction.
Nephrology Associates, PA, a renal care medical practice, will be relocating to the Brady Sullivan Tower at 1750 Elm St. in Manchester. This practice, which will be occupying roughly 3,000 s/f, provides services to Fresenius.
Robbins Farley, LLC, a newly formed wealth management and investment consulting firm headed by Bob Robbins and Colleen Farley, will be opening its new office of just over 2,000 s/f at the Brady Sullivan Plaza, 1000 Elm St., Manchester.
In each case, Scanlon represented the tenants in their respective space searches.
