Scaralia of Albert Realtors sells 1,963 s/f former restaurant site

Janet Scaralia of Albert Realtors' commercial division sold a 1,963 s/f former restaurant at 1369 Park Ave. for $315,000. Scaralia represented the seller, Clara Cardi Revocable Trust. Sean Harrington of Exit Realty represented the buyer, Park Pace Realty LLC/David Ricci. The space will be renovated for either professional office or medical office space.
