Schneider of The Mega Group completes $2.025 million
Suzanne Schneider of The Mega Group, Inc. represented the buyer, Dr. Emad Younan and Chris Everest of the Nordlund Company represented the seller, 84 Newbury Partners LLC, for the $2.025 million sale of a 3-story office building on Rte. 1 at 84 Newbury St.
The building has approximately 32,000 s/f and has approximately 100 parking spaces.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
