Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz brokers 2,000 s/f lease at 27 Church Street
Ed Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz LLC, Woodbridge represented Stapleton Management Group in the leasing of 2,000 s/f of space on the second floor at 27 Church St. The site is the former Congress Pants Co. and Kay's Framing and Art.
The new tenant is Five & Dime LLC, d/b/a Fashionista Vintage and Variety. The new shop will offer vintage clothing and accessories as well as opportunities for gatherings for small parties.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
