Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz brokers 2,000 s/f lease at 27 Church Street

Ed Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz LLC, Woodbridge represented Stapleton Management Group in the leasing of 2,000 s/f of space on the second floor at 27 Church St. The site is the former Congress Pants Co. and Kay's Framing and Art. The new tenant is Five & Dime LLC, d/b/a Fashionista Vintage and Variety. The new shop will offer vintage clothing and accessories as well as opportunities for gatherings for small parties.
