Schwartz of Sea Watch Realty leases 4,200 s/f to Persy's Place
On June 25, Persy's Place restaurant opened at the hotel called Inn on the Square on North Main St. Richard Schwartz, a broker at Sea Watch Realty, Inc., arranged for the long-term lease between the owners of the hotel, Newport Hotel Group, and the owners of Persy's Place, the Heston family.
The lease is for 4,200 s/f plus kitchen plus walk-in cooler/freezer plus storage. There is also additional outside seating. There is approval for 120 seats.
Persy's Place was founded in 1982 and now operates eight family-style breakfast and lunch restaurants on the South Shore and Cape Cod. There are seven Heston family members involved with the day-to-day operation of these restaurants.
Besides coordinating the long-term lease, Schwartz was involved in every step of the permitting process which was unique since the hotel is in a special Historic District within Falmouth.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
