Peter M. Scotti & Associates brokered the sale of One Lori Ann Dr., a 13-acre parcel improved by a recently completed 45,500 s/f, three story, class A office building. The sale price was $8.8 million. The building will house the Corporate Headquarters of Coastway Community Bank. There are currently 15,000 s/f available for lease.
