Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate represents Boot Barn in securing fourth CT location - 9,880 s/f

Waterford, CT Dan Neaton of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented Boot Barn in leasing their fourth Connecticut location at Waterford Commons on 903-915 Hartford Tpke. The western-wear store plans extensive renovations to the interior of the former 9,880 s/f Party City. Renovations are planned to begin in the spring of 2026 with an opening date planned in late Q3 2026. The Waterford location is the fifth location that SCRE has executed on Boot Barn’s behalf – other sites include Manchester, Milford, Plainville and Warwick, RI.
